Are your products pre-shrunk?
Yes. That being said, try not to overheat our products. Drying with high heat can cause damage to cotton products causing them to further shrink. We would recommend line drying where possible. If using a dryer, use the air cycle, no heat.
Will the colour/prints fade when washed?
We're all natural so some fading is normal. We recommend avoiding the use of powerful detergents or bleaching agents, and dry naturally in the shade to retain the original colour and print quality of our products. Over exposure to the sun will cause fading.
Why are your products so expensive?
Our products are made of superior quality materials. We focus on design, details ,hygienic work ethic, quality production& fare trade. Our products are made in our factory in India.
We pay fare wages to our much loved employees.
Our products are not mass produced in sweat shops in China.
Many of our products are handmade or stitched with the utmost care in limited quantities.
Our end prices area result of all these factors and inclusive of all taxes.

Can I change/cancel my order?
Yes, you may change/cancel your order if your order has not been shipped and it is not a personalised product. To do so, please get in touch with our team by calling +91 8588850079 with your order details as soon as possible as orders are sometimes shipped immediately.
What happens if an item ordered is out of stock/you are unable to fulfill my order?
Our team will get in touch with you and a refund request will be put in motion.
For pre-paid orders the refund will be processed directly into your debit/credit card or online account that was used to make the payment. It usually takes 7 to 21 working days from when the refund request was raised for the amount to reflect in your account.
How do I redeem my promo code?
Enter your promo code at checkout and the discount will be automatically applied to the total amount.
Can you personalise my order with a name or monogram?
Yes, most of our products can be personalised. Look for the ‘personalise it’tab on our website.

All our orders are dispatched in gift boxes. You can add a gift note to the parcel if you like as well.
How do I pay for my order?
We have a number of payment options. Choose the one that is most convenient for you. The options are:

Do you offer a Cash On Delivery (COD) payment option? How does it work?
Yes, we support the COD payment method. You can check on the checkout page if Cash on Delivery is available in your pincode. You can make the payment in cash to the delivery agent once the product reaches you.
Do you accept payment through cheque/demand draft?
No, currently on we do not..
Do you save credit card information?
No, we do not store any credit/debit card information. We are as paranoid about your credit/debit card information as you are! Your payment details are encrypted and sent to the payment gateway directly for billing. At no point is this information stored by us.
How do I know that my online transaction was successful?
You will receive an email from Baby Jalebi after the payment is made and the order is placed. This email will include the order number and details about the products and shipment.
What should I do if my payment doesn't get through or fails?
If your payment transaction fails, not to worry. Incase the payment has been deducted from your account but the payment receipt shows as failed, the money will be returned to your account within
5 – 7 days.

I placed a Pre paid order, but on delivery the courier agent is asking for payment in cash.. What should I do?
In the rare case such a situation arises, please do not worry. Call on Dispatch & Delivery+91 9899949693, inform the customer care executive of the situation.
You will be requested to send the courier agent back and delivery will be re attempted with 48 hours.
Do I have to pay shipping charges?
No, We are proud to say we offer free shipping across India.
By when will I receive the ordered products?
Once your order has been placed, your parcel will be dispatched within 1 – 2 working days.
Delivery can take from 3 – 14 working days depending upon location
Taking into account the current world situation of the global COVID - 19 Pandemic there may be some delay if your location is in or near a containment zone.
How do I know whether the product can be delivered to my area?
Can I opt for Cash On Delivery (COD) payment in my area?
Baby Jalebi is trying its best to ship its products as far and wide as possible. However, there are still a few remote areas where we are unable to ship within our country on CASH ON DELIVERY basis. If you wish to pre pay for your order via Bank transfer, card, paytm or Google pay we can deliver to you anywhere in India.
A few months ago, I had ordered from Baby Jalebi and the order was delivered successfully to my address. However, this time, I am unable to place an order as my Pincode is not being recognized. Why so?
Our courier partners update their serviceable pincode lists from time to time.

What is the mode of delivery at Baby Jalebi?
We have partnered with Delhivery courier services for the shipment of our products across India. Depending upon your location and reach, we also make use of several other trustworthy domestic service providers to deliver products.
Why have I received only a part of my order?
Each product has its own delivery duration. Please note that, if you have ordered multiple items, the entire order may not be delivered together and you would be receiving partial shipments, as each product may be delivered as per the individual delivery timeline. However we try and send maximum products from your order in one shipment.
Bedding is a bulky product, sometimes we use more than one box to dispatch the products. All your parcels should read you within 48 hours of each other.
Does Baby Jalebi ship internationally?

Is there an additional shipping charge?
Yes, International shipping charges are as per actuals.
Once you have decided on your order, we will try and get you the best courier price options.
How do I know if my order has been placed successfully?
Within a few minutes of successfully placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation from Baby Jalebi. This email will include all the important details related to your order. Please do not delete this email, as it, more or less, acts as an order receipt.

Can I cancel an order?

I've cancelled an order. By when can I expect a refund?
If you have cancelled your order before it has been processed,, we will immediately process the refund. If you paid via credit card or bank transfer , the payment will be refunded in your bank after details have been given.

In which cases can I return the product?
You can return a product in the following two scenarios:
- A product is damaged. Baby Jalebi has a highly stringent Quality Control Department; however, at times, a few hitches might go unnoticed.
- Wrong item delivered.
- ALL our products have a 3 month warranty period, if your product has any quality issue such as

We are happy to repair or replace your product.
However if the product get damaged due to use over time or an accessory gets lost, Baby Jalebi cannot be held responsible to repair or replace the product

Step 3 After receiving the package, we will inspect the same. Once approved as an eligible return by our Quality Assurance Team, we will ensure that we replace or exchange the product as per your wish. Or we can issue a merchandise credit for the same amount.
What is the Return Policy for the discounted products?
Baby Jalebi does not offer replacements on discounted or season-end sale products.
- The final decision on whether a returned item will be approved or rejected lies completely with Baby Jalebi Quality Assurance Team.
- The returned items will only be accepted in their original packaging, which includes bags, tags, boxes, invoices, documentations, warranty cards (if any), all accessories, and all the things that were present when the item was delivered to you.
- The product you're returning must be unused, unwashed and in its original condition. If it is used, damaged, soiled or altered, the return won't be processed and the items will be sent back to you (at your request).
- PLEASE DO NOT ACCEPT THE PACKAGE IN DAMAGED, OPENED OR SOILED CONDITION.
- If we are unable to send you a replacement of the item that you have returned, we will offer you a credit note for the same. (Validity for the credit note is three months from the date of issue). Store credit given to the customer is not transferable to other user/s.
Will I get a full cash refund on return of order?
No. Baby Jalebi does not offer cash refund.
Once a payment has been made & product(s) are delivered. The customer can return the products back to us incase they are unhappy with the same. (Please note PERSONALISED products CANNOT be returned or exchanged)
We are happy to exchange the product for you or issue a credit note valid for a year.
We DO NOT issue cash refunds.

Does Baby Jalebi store my information?
Baby Jalebi only stores information that is uploaded by you during the registration process, along with shared comments, conversations and interactions with other members on the website. No information such as credit / debit card details or online back account information, etc., is stored in our database. These details are directly entered by you into the bank payment gateways, which are 100 percent secure. We do not handle this sensitive data or store it.
What is Organic Cotton and why do we use it?
Organic cotton is cotton grown without the use of genetically modified seeds, fertilizers, pesticides or any other synthetic agro-chemicals, which are considered to be highly toxic and therefore, harmful to the earth, cotton workers and consumers.
Since no chemicals are used in the manufacturing process, organic cotton is hypoallergenic and highly recommended for infants as it is less likely to cause adverse skin reactions. As compared to conventional cotton, organic cotton has also been shown to be beneficial for asthmatics.
What does GOTS certified organic cotton mean?
GOTS stands for The Global Organic Textile Standard, which is recognised as the world's leading processing standard for textiles made from organic fibres.
What is conventional cotton?
Just because it’s natural, cotton may not be a safe choice. Over years, owing to demand the processes involved in cultivation and processing of cotton havechanged. Cotton crops use as much as 25% of the world’s chemical pesticides that are carcinogenic and 75% of conventionally grown cotton is made from genetically modified seeds.
Is organic cotton softer than conventional cotton?
Organic does feel softer than conventional cotton because the threads that make up cotton have not been broken down or damaged by chemicals used in their growing process, making their surface smoother and nice to the touch.

Any choice you make as a parent, that puts your child next to products that are healthier for him or her and healthier for the environment is something to feel good about :)
What are Azo free dyes and do you use them?
Azo free dyes are dyes that don’t have azo – basically chemical compounds in dyes that can cause cancer, can be dangerous to human genes and reproductive systems if used carelessly. Given that your baby's skin has a natural sensitivity and an undeveloped derma, the health risk of exposure to aromatic azo dyes is very high. All our products are Azo free.
