We invest a great deal of love and care in the making of each Baby Jalebi product. If for some reason, you are unsure of the product or weโ€™ve missed a spot and youโ€™d like to exchange an item you have ordered, you can write to us at or Call / WhatsApp us on + 91 8588850079 and someone from our customer care team will contact you within 1-2 business days and will guide you through the process of exchange and or returning the item. They may request for further information/photographs to assess your return request. Please do assist them. PLEASE NOTE; we DO NOT accept return or exchange of personalized products.

How do you calculate shipping, taxes, and duties?

We offer FREE shipping in India .
For the UAE & Singapore we offer a flat 20 USD shipping charge.
For other countries, shipping is calculated based on your shipping location, the number of units, and the weight of your order. Please email us at to know the best shipping rates we can offer to your shipping destination as per actuals.
Orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, which means displayed product prices are exclusive of all import duties. Taxes and duties are set by the destination country and determined by the products included in your order.
You are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in; payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

How long will it take for an order to arrive?

Orders are scheduled to arrive within 5-14 business days depending on the destination. Personalized orders may take an additional 2 business days. In the event of a delay, we will notify you by mail.

How can I track my order placed online?

Once an order has shipped, you will receive an email from us with the tracking number information. You can track your order status online by visiting the Track Order page or by logging in to your account if you have created one. Could I change the shipping address of an order?

Shipping address can only be modified before the order is billed or shipped. We strive to be as flexible as possible, however, we also ship your order promptly to make sure you receive it quickly.

What happens if I am not home when the package arrives?

Our shipping partner will attempt to deliver the package three times before it is returned to us. Please provide your complete and accurate address including zip code and mobile number to ensure a seamless and quick delivery.

Could I ship products in one order to multiple addresses?

To ship to more than one address, please create separate orders.

I did not receive my order. What should I do?

1. If a piece is exchanged once, it cannot be exchanged the second time.

2. Please note that not all products are eligible for exchange. Personalized products are non- returnable and non-exchangeable.

You must inform us within 7 days of delivery of the product. Please send us an email to or Whatsapp us on + 91 8588850079 with order no and attach an image of the piece purchased. Once you have mailed us, please ship out the pieces to the following address:


The cost for shipping the product back to us is to be borne by you. When we deliver your corrected pair, BABY JALEBI will take care of the shipping. Please ensure that the product is in its original condition and packaging. Item(s) which show signs of being used will not be eligible for returns or exchanges. We would require all original papers to be returned with the product. Baby Jalebi reserves all rights to inspect the condition of the product before processing any returns or exchanges. As a company policy we DO NOT provide refund on any product sold. Once the Baby Jalebi pieces are sold they can be exchanged for replacement or a credit note (provided the aforementioned terms and conditions are met).

Credit notes are issued by email.
Credit notes are valid for a year from date of issue.
Credit note must be redeemed in one go.
