I love the durability and the space that this bag offers... it’s beautiful in every way... the quality is amazing and it matters for me... i only wish if it had a concealed pocket for a wallet or phone too...

This is actually a 'Super Trooper' coz it's a big bag esp for a person like me (small frame). However, every other aspect is great and the only reason for 4 star Is because it doesn't have any space/section to keep your mobile/purse like other bags have.. a secret compartment at the back. I think that is the only thing missing in it. :) The personalised name is a 👍. THANKS BABY JALEBI ! (Eso for a quick delivery)

I received the item recently and yet to discover how amazing the quality is. However, few things I experienced so far were:
1) amazing customer service right from placing the order, to personalising my bag the way I wanted to delivering it through a delivery partner we requested for due to lock down restrictions. Excellent service for all of that!
2) bag looks classy and spacious. Seem to be of really good quality as of now. Hoping to live up to my expectations.
